1	If expected noise levels expected to exceed the first action level (currently 80dba) then blue & white mandatory noise signes with the words 'when in operation' added, must be fitted. The signs must be appropriately sized and positioned to be able to be seen clearly from a distance of not less than 25 metres from whichever side the machine is approached
2	Provision of a lockable tool/storage container on the machine for storage of items such as basic tools, grease, chains etc
3	Make first aid kit and eye wash station available in an enclosure accessable from ground level and clearly signed
4	Machines to be fitted with dust supression systems to reduce emissions to atmosphere
