TITLE
Paver with LPG Heated Screed (High CO)
COUNTRY OF ORIGIN

WHAT HAPPENED

It was recently discovered that a 2004 model paver fitted with a LPG heated 8 burner screed was generating high levels of Carbon Monoxide emissions which exceeded the Workplace Exposure Limits.

At this stage investigations are on-going to establish the reason for these high level of emissions, however in the meantime if your contracting businesses operate any LPG heated screed paver machines, it may be a sensible proactive measure to check the Carbon Monoxide levels being generated by the pavers screed to ensure the paver is operating within the correct Workplace Exposure Limits.
