INFORMATION ON HOW TO ENTER THE AWARDS

The left hand column has links to the entry forms and briefing notes for the MPA Health and Safety Awards 2024, these will be updated very shortly with forms for the 2026 awards.  The briefing notes and entry forms provide guidance on the information required to submit an entry. Please click on the links in the left hand  to download these documents.

Why you should enter video

The key philosophy behind the MPA H&S Awards is that we are all 'Safer by Sharing' . By actively participating you will be helping to prevent injuries and fatalities within the mineral products industry.

How to enter?
Once you have downloaded the forms please save them onto your system. The briefing notes will assist you to complete the sections of the entry form. Gather together any additional supporting information you might want to use to reinforce your entry such as videos, images, pdfs and graphics. When you have completed your entries e-mail them, together with any additional material, to entries@mpahsawards.org
Who can enter?

The 8 Topic Awards are open to any organisations working within the  MPA product sectors within the UK

  • MPA members and non-members
  • Companies of all sizes
  • Operators, contractors, suppliers, service providers
To enter the other categories you must be a member of the MPA.

When do I need to submit my entry?

  • The Topic entries should be submitted by To be confirmed
  • Individual Recognition and Young Leaders by To be confirmed
  • The John Crabbe Trophy and Sir Frank Davies  entries should be submitted by To be confirmed
