Description
Previously, the bagging operation involved the forklift truck operative dismounting at the bagging hopper to press the start and stop button.
An adjustable lever arm was fitted to the hopper frame with a control pad containing 3 buttons; start, stop and emergency stop. This allows the driver to operate the bagging hopper whilst remaining in his cab. He is able to adjust the position of the control pad to suit him before commencing filling of bags. The lever arm swings to allow the position of the control panel to be adjusted for both width – to suit a variety of forklift trucks - and the distance the forklift is away from the hopper.
