As an employer of 1400 men, Colas has run a Mens’ Health Campaign over the last three years, this includes
• A company-wide poster campaign • A Men’s Health Newsletter with features about employee’s personal experience of health issues both to raise awareness and help them to realise it could happen to them. • Men's health included in the company's bespoke safety awareness training course • Participated in the “Know your Numbers” campaign involving staff having their blood pressure tested
