WINNER OF SPECIAL AWARD - CEMEX UK
CEMEX won a special award for a wide range of initiatives associated with improving wellbeing in the workforce.
Cemex has established a Well Being Strategy Group which meets every quarter. The members of the group are from every part of the business. The group agrees topics / themes and initiatives which will improve wellbeing.
MPA was particular impressed by some of the initiatives undertaken in relation to women in its workforce, for example the Hey Girls initiative highlighted earlier.
