Readymix Midlands & South west operates 27 locations, primarily 24 concrete plants and 3 wharfs.
Up to this point, we were reliant on paper systems, relying on people to regularly update following changes to processes and some staff/contractors could find it difficult to follow written procedures.
This is particularly important as we undertake high risk isolation activities such as entry into mixers which could be complex requiring upstream and downstream isolation.
